KIDS YOGA

Having trained at the Natha Yoga School by Kat Eratostene, the children's yoga classes I offer are inspired by techniques such as primitive dances, natural body expression, Nidra yoga and Hatha yoga.

 

Children from 3 to 13 years old are invited to experience awareness with gentle ease and softness.

This yoga class is taught in a playful way to allow a fluid and creative practice.

 

I propose courses organized in groups of 5 to 15 children, according to your preferences.
