Online Transmission — Rooted in Cacao

From Plant to Practice, from Ritual to Integration

This online transmission is a progressive and in-depth immersion into the world of ceremonial cacao, approached not as a trend or “heart-opening drink,” but as a relational, somatic, and spiritual technology. It is designed for those who wish to deepen their personal practice or develop a grounded, ethical, and informed facilitation posture.

Rather than romanticizing ancestral rituals, this program offers a structured and critical framework that weaves together ancestral knowledge, contemporary perspectives (neuroscience, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed approaches), and embodied ritual practice. Cacao is explored as a teacher plant, mediating between matter and subtle realms, body and psyche, individual experience and collective fields.

Client review

"The journey with Kim & the medicine of cacao was a deeply transformative journey. Over the course of the transmission, I felt held in a space that was both powerful and gentle, where learning and experience were inseparable. Through Kim’s guidance, cacao revealed itself far beyond a ritual drink — as a living presence, a teacher, and a mirror.
I discovered how to truly relate to cacao: sensing it, preparing it with care, listening to its stories, and honoring its spirit through ritual and song. Every moment felt intentional and alive.
Kim embodies her role with rare integrity, combining clarity, humility, and deep respect for the medicine. I leave this experience more grounded, more open, and profoundly nourished. A transmission I wholeheartedly recommend.”"

Optional Closing Weekend — 3 day In-Person Immersion

For those who feel called to deepen their experience beyond the online container, an optional three-day in-person offered at the conclusion of the transmission.

This immersive gathering is designed as a living laboratory of practice, where participants are invited to embody, experience, and integrate the teachings through direct relationship with cacao, ritual space, and collective presence.

Weekend Contents

  • Ceremonial Cacao Rituals
Guided cacao ceremonies held with clarity, intention, and ethical containment. These rituals offer a direct encounter with the spirit of cacao as a teacher plant, allowing participants to explore its effects on the body, heart, and subtle fields.

  • Energetic Explorations with the Moon and the Mayan Calendar
Experiential work aligned with lunar cycles and Mayan cosmology, approached as symbolic and energetic frameworks rather than belief systems. Participants learn to attune to cyclical time, rhythm, and ritual timing without folklorization.

  • Crystal Alchemy Sound Baths
Immersive sound journeys using crystal instruments as vibrational tools for nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and expanded states of awareness. Sound is explored as both a physiological and energetic technology.

  • Live Transmissions and Teachings
In-person teachings, spoken transmissions, and embodied practices that deepen understanding of ceremonial space-holding, integration processes, and the facilitator’s role in live contexts.

  • Collective Integration and Closing Rituals
Structured moments for reflection, sharing, and integration, supporting participants in translating ceremonial experiences into lived, sustainable practice beyond the retreat.

  • From Seed to Cup — Fire Ritual of Transformation
An embodied exploration of cacao’s journey from raw seed to ceremonial drink, guided by a fire workshop. This process honors transformation as an alchemical, relational, and intentional act, deepening respect for the plant and anchoring ceremonial practice in direct contact with matter and the elements.

Purpose of the Immersion

This closing weekend offers a bridge between knowledge and embodiment. It supports the transition from intellectual understanding to lived experience, reinforcing discernment, presence, and relational depth.

By gathering in physical space, participants experience the communal dimension of cacao work, the subtleties of group energy, and the importance of grounding ceremonial practices within the body, the land, and real-time human connection—beyond the digital container.

What Makes This Transmission Unique

This transmission brings together many years of practice, research, and lived experimentation across different cultures and territories, woven with multi-millennial ancestral teachings that have been carried, adapted, and transmitted through time.

It is rooted in a dialogue between theory and embodied practice, between ancestral arts and modern sciences. Participants are offered both concrete, applicable tools and a deep exploration of the key themes that underpin ceremonial cacao work, facilitation, and integration. As such, this transmission serves as a powerful lever for personal transformation, while also supporting clarity and alignment in the way you offer your own medicine to the world.

Throughout these weeks, you are not only receiving my experience—my personal practice, fieldwork, and facilitation journey—but also entering a space that actively invites you to reconnect with your own light, essence, and inner authority. This is not a model to replicate, but a living framework within which your unique expression can emerge.

The group is intentionally kept small and intimate, ensuring depth, presence, and quality of exchange. What matters here is not scale or quantity, but the integrity of the container and the quality of the lived experience.
