Cacao Ceremony & Biodynamic Breathwork

Here is an invitation to enter a sacred space, where self-experimentation is in the spotlight.

The combination of the cocoa ceremony and the practice of biodynamic breathwork will take you on a journey through your entire being!

Cocoa is a medicinal plant from Central America, used since the year 600 by the Mayans in sacred rituals. It promotes the release of loving and healing energy, healing of past wounds, meditation, connection with one's higher self. Cocoa is a powerful and subtle accompanist, which will guide you, if you wish, towards a path of understanding and evolution.

This ceremony will take place during the full moon - to benefit from the powerful healing energies. These promote the work of liberation and will support us in getting rid of what no longer serves us and leaving room for what happens.

Daniel Anner will guide a Biodynamic breathwork workshop, a special moment for deep liberation.

Biodynamic Breath uses deep breathing to recharge the body, activating specific belts of muscular tension and emotional patterns. Sessions are designed to stimulate and rebalance your mind and body from head to toe.

This practice will allow you to release certain emotions more deeply, for intuitive healing and connect with your authentic self to feel joy and peace.

On the program: guided meditations, sharing circles, direct channeling of Beings of Light, biodynamic breathwork workshop and deep relaxation
