Introduction to Natural Personal Harmony

On the occasion of the first anniversary of my partners Les Paillettes Vertes, I will accompany you through aintroduction to natural personal harmony. 

“And if you too can intuit?” 

The aim of this introduction is tounderstand the tools which we all have within us tolive in personal inner harmony.

To begin, we will explore aguided meditation withsound accompaniment.

Then,Sharing & Experimentation in 3 phases: thebody, L'spirit and theheart. 

We will end with a tasting ofkombucha and a moment oftrades, discussions, questions. 

The idea is that everyone leaves with theawareness and the inspiration that it's all there, available forlive united within oneself. 

Take with you your relaxation cushion, or a blanket allowing you to sit comfortably.
