Come practice stråla yoga, a no-fuss approach that allows you to slow down, breathe deeply and move in a way that feels good!
Enough to start a new day in good shape and in a good mood :)
No need to be flexible or have pretty leggings:just bring your mat, comfortable clothes, and prepare to feel EASY!
